Intergral announces AWS Lambda support on its next-gen NerdVision debugging platform

The company empowers IT engineering development and operations teams to reduce the mean-time-to-repair (MTTR), improve service quality, and improve SLAs through a platform built for today’s distributed and fast-moving IT environment. AWS Lamba joins Java, Node, Python, and ColdFusion as programming languages supported by NerdVision.

STUTTGART, GERMANY - OCTOBER 20, 2020

Intergral, GmbH, the makers of the NerdVision and award-winning FusionReactor software platforms, has released its latest software support module for AWS Lambda under its NerdVision brand, an industry-leading next-generation debugging platform. The company empowers IT engineering development and operations teams to reduce the mean-time-to-repair (MTTR), improve service quality, and improve SLAs through a platform built for today’s distributed and fast-moving IT environment.

With serverless deployments expanding across the enterprise, coupled with traditional on-premises and off-premises systems, the NerdVision team has focused on delivering the tools and platforms for both IT engineering and operations leaders to optimize workflow and maximize resources.

“Debugging in a serverless environment is complicated and frustrating for today’s developers,” stated Darren Pywell, Intergral’s chief technology officer. “We’ve expanded NerdVision to support AWS Lambdas, so debugging in a serverless production environment quite easy and does not impact the environment. We are also really focused on generating positive business impacts across the development and operations that stem from the software’s value.”

The NerdVision agent deployed on an AWS Lambda delivers insight directly from the running environment, without impacting the user experience. Developers quickly access dynamic logs and watchers while understanding what is causing an error, without needing to redeploy new code. Dev & Ops now have one tool for debugging and optimizing code across their AWS Lambda, Python, Node.js, Java, and ColdFusion applications. The company is actively working on support for Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure and expects to release shortly.

As organizations are moving towards a Dev/Ops model or maintain separate development and operations teams, NerdVision’s production-centric debugging application helps improve MTTR, reduce loss to the business, and improve internal/external SLA. The application solves business challenges for companies pushing agile development, are Docker-centric, and need to create better efficiencies in today’s challenging business environment.
